Steven Kinder is a human-centered designer and design entrepreneur and has led design development programs for furniture, real estate, aviation, and consumer products. 

As the Co-Founder of Good Coworking and Founder of Loftwall, he is passionate about creating dynamic spaces that foster collaboration and innovation. His expertise in designing flexible environments has garnered recognition from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. 

Steven holds a BFA in Industrial Design from The Rhode Island School of Design and a MA in Design and Innovation from Southern Methodist University.

Alain is a design researcher with a passion for the Human-Centered Design process as a medium to collaborate in the exploration of innovative solutions to complex multilayered problems. 

An experienced project manager, instructional coach, and educator with a background in environmental science and engineering including curriculum and program development, he served more than a decade in public education as a classroom teacher, program coordinator and researcher. As a designer, Alain leads with curiosity and empathy and focuses on building deep relationships with his peers and partners to foster collaboration.

Alain holds a BA from The University of Texas at El Paso, a MS in Environmental Studies from The University of Texas at El Paso, and a MA in Design and Innovation from Southern Methodist University.

Harrison is a multi-disciplinary design strategist working to elevate, enhance, and improve the organizations and communities he supports. 

His background lies at the intersection of business and philanthropy including work in corporate social responsibility, public affairs, strategic communications, organizational development, and external affairs. Leveraging his vast experience in both corporate and non-profit environments, he embraces design as a tool to build community, bring people together, promote collaboration, and create unique spaces and experiences.

Harrison holds a BSM in Legal Studies of Business and Spanish from Tulane University and a MA in Design and Innovation from Southern Methodist University.
